Full kit for u15s+. Others should be dressed for the conditions and prepared to carry a light coat tied round waist if required.

Timings (expected finishing times in brackets)

NB start is a 0.7km from HQ

11 :15 Registration/bib collection open at juniors’ finish

12 :15 Reg closes, gather u7s/9s/11s and walk to start (older ones can follow)

12 :30: u7s/9s (6-12 mins – possibly a bit longer for v small u7s !)

3 mins after: u11s start (14-22mins)

12 :40: u13s race briefing, 12:45 start (17-25mins)

12:45: u15s/17s race briefing and start (28-50 mins)

Adults race timings (for u19s):

11:30: registration opens

12 :45 head count & race briefing at start line

13 :00 Race starts

14:30 Cakes and prize giving at the school

NOTE all courses start from the same point, which is 700m walk from the finish/HQ (same as 2023).

• U7s/9s : Start-CP10 - CP11 - finish
• U11s : Start – CP 7 – CP8 – CP9 – CP10 – CP11 – Finish
• U13s : Start, CP7-6-7-8-9-10-11-Finish
• U15s : Start-CP1-2-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-Finish
• U17s : Start-CP1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-Finish
   
• Courses will be fully marked for u7s/9s/11s. u13s also fully marked but markers may more spaced.
• Courses will be partially marked for u15s/17s - dotted lines show unmarked sections.
• All CPs on each route are compulsory and must be visited in the correct order. In between CPs, even where the route is marked, there is a free choice of route.
