Safety information

Escape route option is to retrace route to near the beginning (near old ruined building) and either drop down to the starting road or the road to the SW. Possibly, if as far as Pen Tir cairn, could drop down to either Blaenau-Draw Farm or Pencaeau Farm in the Sorgwm valley, to the north east. Effects of weather or poor visibility could mean taking an incorrect narrow track; open fell quite exposed.
