LIMITED REGISTRATION AT ABER START. There are 2 Cuts offs in the Event – Ogwen 12.30pm & 3.00 pm Pen Y Pass.

Any Adult PAIR of competitors can run together; where only one competitor is required to meet all Previous Experience Requirements upon entry. The Adult PAIR must stay together at ALL times on the course.

1st mixed team prize  – highest 3 results from the same team/club to count and a ‘mixed team’ must contain at least 1 female in the highest 3 results

Start from near Abergwyngregyn (GR 653728), finish Yr Wyddfa Summit (GR 609543). Main Race Registration - Padarn Hotel, Llanberis LL55 4SU for coach transport to start. North Race Registration – Aber Falls Distillery, Abergwyngregyn LL33 0LB.
