WFRA Welsh Championship and North Wales Championship Update

It was great to see such a big turnout for the first counter in the 2024 WFRA Welsh Championship at Ras Tarrenhendre this weekend, with strong competition across all age categories. Thank you to Race Organiser Nich Bradley and Meirionnyd Running Club for putting on another extremely well organised race.

A massive well done to all runners and congratulations to all those who placed in their respective categories.

There were particularly strong wins from both the first man and woman across the line; Daniel Connolly (Mercia) and Jo Henderson (Denbigh Harriers).

Remember, to qualify for the WFRA Championships all runners must:

• Be a paid-up member of the WFRA as of July 2024
• Complete at least 3 races in the series
